Doubles, then a long lunch
The 7am court is the coolest of the day. Play sixty or ninety minutes, then walk over to the pavilion while the shade is still good. A day pass covers the club; court time is booked on top.
Lotus & Lime is a Thai kitchen in the club's open-air pavilion past the courts, run by its own team.
Lunch after the morning's doubles, dinner once the lights go on — and you do not need a racquet to sit down.
The setting
Walk past the pickleball courts and the pavilion is under the big tree: open sides, a roof, and the pro shop alongside. It is where the club sits down.
See the club
Long lunches after morning doubles. Dinner once the lights go on. The pavilion is under the big tree past the courts, so the walk from the last point to the first plate is a short one.
Lotus & Lime is run by its own team, on its own website, in the club's pavilion. The menu, the hours and the reservations come from the restaurant; the courts come from us.
From the kitchen
Noodles straight from the wok, grilled meats with chili and lime, crisp salads. The menu, hours and reservations are on the restaurant's own site.

Hours & reservations
Lotus & Lime takes its own reservations on its own site. The club's booking system is for courts only, so a table is a separate reservation from a court.

Eat, then play
The restaurant and the courts are a short walk apart. A few ways members and visitors put them together.

Peak hours start at 4pm and the lights stay on until 9pm. Once booking opens, book a court or join open play, then take a table for dinner.
The junior tennis groups and the pickleball youth programs take the kids; parents take a court of their own, or a table under the tree.
Court time is booked through the club; tables are reserved with Lotus & Lime. Membership details are coming soon on the membership page.
Two names, one pavilion
Two teams share the pavilion. Finca Escondida Racquet & Social Club runs the courts and the club; Lotus & Lime runs the kitchen.
Good to know
No. From 9 November the restaurant is open to everyone, players or not. Come for lunch or dinner and leave the racquet at home; if the courts tempt you, a day pass gets you on them.
The menu is the restaurant's to publish. Menu and vegetarian options to be confirmed. Until it is up here, the restaurant's own site is the place to check.
